Blueberries for breakfast—picked fresh from the #tundra. 🍇 Morning Practice: Galbraith Lake, 9:35 pm. Today we leave one wonder for another, heading to the #ArcticOcean. While I’m excited, it’s bittersweet. Yesterday we hiked across the tundra. From a distance it seems soft and unbroken, but up close it’s a miniature world—carpets of moss, tiny leaves catching the light, bursts of red, yellow, and green. Every step is a surprise: one moment your foot sinks into a spongy patch, the next it lands on a hard, ridged rise.
