2026.04.14 Creek Road Artists Garden

Getting to this artist’s studio is a bit of a trek, winding farther out into the quieter edges of Ojai, but it’s always worth the visit. The landscape changes as you go—more open space, deeper quiet, and a feeling of stepping outside the usual rhythm of town.What stayed with me here was the garden itself—lush, layered, and full of small moments to notice. Water, plants, shadows, and the feeling of a place shaped slowly over time. It felt like an extension of the artist’s work: thoughtful, personal, and deeply connected to the land around it.
