Day 90 of My 90 Day Painting Challenge
Denali Tundra with a Little Bit of Fireweed
Hard to believe I’ve reached 90! When I first started, it seemed so far away. Even the first month, the “end goal” seemed far. And then, as it often goes in life, the further along in days, the faster they moved.
This is another Denali piece. Yes, I love it there. I want to go back tomorrow. I’d love to camp and paint there for a month. (Road trip?)
What did I learn from this 90 day painting project?
An hour in the studio is better than none.
The more I paint, the more I have to paint.
That a mix of cheap and expensive paint can work out.
I love palette knifes.
I paint for silence.
